Why local matters

What makes our Wollongong team different

  • Deep Illawarra roots

Our local team lives and works across the region, from Thirroul down to Dapto, so travel never gets in the way of reliable support.

  • Building independence

We specialise in helping younger NDIS participants develop daily-living skills, from cooking to catching the free Gong Shuttle.

  • Support for the whole family

Flexible respite gives Illawarra carers a proper break, whether that's a few hours or a planned weekend.

Getting started

Four steps to support

  1. Say hello

Call your local team or send an enquiry — there's no obligation and no waitlist to join just to talk.

  2. Free consultation

We visit you at home, listen to what matters, and explain funding options in plain language.

  3. Your care plan

Together we design a plan around your routine, goals and budget — you approve every detail.

  4. Support begins

Meet your regular carers and start services, with your care manager one call away.

Kind words

Families we support near Wollongong

Our care director visited us at home before anything was decided, and asked about Nonna's routines, her garden, her church. It felt personal from day one.
