Good to know
Short answers to the questions families ask us most.
Start with a phone call or an enquiry through our website — whichever suits you. A local care team member will arrange a free, no-obligation chat, usually in your own home, to talk through what support you're after and how funding might work. From there we build a care plan together and match you with carers before any services begin.
Yes, and it's more straightforward than most people expect. We handle the transfer paperwork, liaise with your current provider, and time the changeover so there's no gap in your support. Your funding moves with you, and you stay in control of the timing at every step.
We support clients using government-funded aged-care programs, NDIS plans (agency-managed, plan-managed or self-managed) and private, self-funded arrangements. If you're not sure what you're eligible for, our team can walk you through the options and point you towards the right assessment.
Our local teams currently support communities across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland, including Parramatta, Newcastle, Wollongong, Geelong, Box Hill, Frankston, Brisbane City, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast — plus the suburbs around each. If you're nearby but not sure you're covered, give us a call and we'll let you know.
Matching matters to us. We consider your preferences — language, culture, interests, personality and the kind of support you need — before introducing a carer, and you always have the final say. Wherever possible we keep the same small team of carers with you so support feels familiar and consistent.
Costs depend on the services you choose and how they're funded, and we'll always give you clear pricing in writing before anything starts — no surprises. Ask our team for a personalised quote before care begins.
Tell us a little about what you need — it takes about two minutes, and there's no obligation.
Support coordinators, discharge planners and health professionals can send us a referral online.
